Hunting & Philabaum Collaboration

In 2013, glass artist Wes Hunting expressed an interest in collaborating with Philabaum. Tom brought an idea to the table that he had been sitting on- wrapping copper wire around molten glass and blowing it out. The two colleagues along with Hunting’s son, Wesley, created The Wired Project, and a subsequent exhibition was held at Philabaum Glass Gallery. In 2014, the project was revisited by the three artists, resulting in WIRED II. All pieces are signed by Tom Philabaum, Wes Hunting & Wesley Hunting.
